Hello fellow weight loss enthusiasts,

Today is my first real goal day weigh in. My Goal was to hit 275 lbs by today from my starting weight of 305.7 lbs on August 1st. Guess what … I Crushed it 🙂 !!!!! Here are the before and after pics. I need to try and start to take some better one. It may not be very obvious, but I lost over 3 inches in both my chest and my waist as well. Let’s hope I can keep up the good work. Next goal is Nov. 1st and 250 lbs!!

So Yeah I got a long way to go. However, I have been feeling GREAT since I started hitting the gym on September 1st for my 2 a days. Maybe a little sore sometimes, but I think the weight training is definitely helping as I approach 50 years old. Keto has been a Godsend. I appreciate all the other people out there that are posting their stories and helping us all stay motivated. I hope that I will be able to do the same for some people as well.

SW: 305.7 lbs | CW: 272.3 lbs | GW: 185 lbs | Total weight loss to date: 33.5 lbs

Starting: Chest: 54 inches | Waist: 56.5 inches
Current: Chest: 50.5 inches | Waist: 53.5 inches
